A March 2026 release, our Original Dry Gin is a refined expression of coastal elegance inspired by Mediterranean herb gardens and shaped by Goa’s craft philosophy. Distilled with crushed coriander seed, angelica root, green olives, sun-dried citrus peels, thyme, and basil, this is a savoury-forward dry gin that balances botanical brightness with structured depth.

Designed for the modern cocktail table, it delivers clarity, texture, and a distinctly herbaceous profile reminiscent of coastal European gin styles while rooted in Indian craftsmanship.
