Plum Citron Gin

A March 2026 release, our Plum & Citrus Dry Gin is a vibrant evolution of our original expression where botanical precision meets layered fruit character. Crafted in Goa using traditional small-batch distillation, this dry gin is infused with ripe plum and bright citrus, resting on a backbone of classic juniper and herbaceous botanicals.

The result is structured yet expressive gently stone-fruit forward, lifted by sun-dried lemon and sweet orange peel, and balanced with coriander seed, angelica root, thyme, and basil. The plum adds depth and subtle sweetness, while citrus keeps the finish crisp and clean.

This is not a flavoured afterthought it is a fruit-infused dry gin designed for contemporary cocktail culture and refined sipping.
